Pants-off New Year's Eve has a menu included in the price of the ticket. This year's menu:

Goulash soup
Chicken breast with bone in bryndza (regional sheep cheese) sauce with Silesian gnocchi
Pork tenerloin with oyster mushroom sauce and baked potato stuffed with ricotta cheese
Fried trout with rice and vegetables

Cold buffet with selection of vegetables, salads, dips, cheese, cured meats and pickles
