At Terma Bania, we are looking to the future and consistently developing our offerings with the comfort and needs of our guests in mind. That's why we've decided to implement a new, unique investment: Galeria Bania.
A modern space will be created in the heart of one of Poland's most recognizable tourist resorts, meeting the needs of today's guests. This ambitious project will significantly expand leisure, shopping, and entertainment options, while also serving as a natural complement to the entire complex. Galeria Bania will be an integral part of the resort, providing access to every key location.
Galeria Bania won't be your typical shopping mall. Our goal is to create a unique ecosystem where our guests will find everything within easy reach: a thermal pool complex, a premium hotel, skiing facilities, entertainment, and shopping. These facilities will create a cohesive whole, unparalleled in this location.
The new space will offer a carefully selected and diverse range of products. Planned outlets include premium fashion and accessories stores, sports and outdoor offerings perfectly suited to the region's character, as well as modern concepts featuring souvenirs and regional products with a modern twist. There will also be catering options, including a dining area, restaurants, and an indoor café.
On the upper floors, we've designed a space dedicated to families and children. It will feature large-format playrooms, trampolines, rope parks, and climbing walls, all designed for safe and engaging year-round play. This space will complement the family-friendly character of the Terma Bania and provide attractions regardless of the weather.
The Galeria Bania project redefines retail architecture in the mountain region. The investment will combine local inspiration and traditional motifs with a modern, elegant design based on large glazing, natural materials, and spacious interiors. The new development will harmoniously fit into the Podhale landscape, preserving the character of the location.
The new part of the complex will feature three levels of underground parking, offering 400 parking spaces. The parking lot will be directly connected to the shopping mall, ensuring convenient access regardless of the weather or season.
Along with the construction of Galeria Bania, we are also renovating the southern wing of Hotel Bania, modernizing the oldest part of the resort, which will gain a completely new look – larger space, modern technical solutions, and a high standard of finish.
New hotel rooms will be created, along with an expanded Spa area with an indoor pool, outdoor pools, a sauna, and relaxation areas exclusively for hotel guests. Spa and beauty salons, exercise rooms, and a gym are also planned. Guests will also have access to a unique, glass-enclosed Finnish sauna overlooking the mountain landscape.
The renowned and highly regarded Góralska and Tatrzańska restaurants will be expanded and enhanced with spacious terraces in the form of winter gardens.
