Our Chefs have prepared an exceptional menu featuring traditional Christmas Eve dishes with a touch of highlander flavors, presented in a modern style.
- Tartar - herring, smoked trout, onion, crème fraîche, quail egg, mayonnaise, asparagus
- Porcini mushroom soup
- Trout fillet, moskol, eggplant, oyster mushroom, bryndza cheese sauce
- Borscht with dumplings
- Pierogi with saffron milk cap mushrooms - onion, pea purée
- Pierogi with salmon - mustard sauce, spring onion, concassé tomatoes
- Breaded carp fillet, cabbage with peas, stuffed potato, tempura vegetables
- Makiełki (poppy seed noodles)
- Dried fruit compote
- Platters of cakes
