Białka Tatrzańska once again proved its big heart! The sixth edition of the campaign, organized by Hotel Bania and Terma Bania, ended with a record-breaking fundraising result, thanks to the involvement of the local community, donors, and tourists visiting Białka.
This year's WOŚP (Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity) finale in Białka Tatrzańska was filled with music, joy, and shared support. The event opened with a performance by the folk group Mali Białcanie. Musical energy was provided by performances by Passport Control and Piotr Szewczyk, while instructors Magda & Angie provided a lively atmosphere with a zumba beat. DJ Sosen was the unfailing host. Participants could test their skills and wit during the Góralskie Śpasy (Highlander's Competition) Guests were also treated to refreshments – hot soup, oscypek cheese, and freshly grilled moskole.
The evening culminated with a concert by Staszek Karpiel-Bułecka and the symbolic laser "Light to Heaven."
Once again, we have proven that together we can achieve more! Thanks to the joint commitment of the organizers, partners, volunteers, auction participants, the local community, and guests staying in Białka Tatrzańska, this year's finale ended with a record-breaking PLN 230,658.70, the highest amount raised in the history of the Bania headquarters!
On the day of the finale, despite the cold winter weather, 35 volunteers collected PLN 67,631.48. The online auctions also generated enormous interest, with PLN 163,027.22 donated to the WOŚP Foundation. Among the most popular auctions were: A Family Week at the Bania Hotel; Participation in the filming of "Dancing with the Stars" with Iwona Pavlović; A Day with TOPR Rescuers and a Ski Tour with Staszek Karpiel-Bułecka; Sky adventures: balloon, plane and helicopter flights; unique skiing, exclusive ski slopes, night snowcat riding.
The success of this year's finale was made possible thanks to the commitment of a wide range of donors – both companies and institutions, as well as individuals, who generously donated items for the auction.
